That is quite pretty - may I ask which program you used to create it? For advanced critique I would say that the bricks in the bg look a little flat - you could add some texture or cracks to some of them to make them look more realistic. Also if you are duplicating items such as the flowers they look less like they have been pasted if you rotate each one with a slightly different angle. Just a few little tips.

Anyway, I like the expression on her face, and the sense of movement in the costume :)
